If you experience any issues downloading your purchased file, please contact us, and we will provide an alternative way to access the file, such as email delivery or a file-sharing link.

2. Returns and Exchanges for Physical Products

We accept returns and exchanges for physical products under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after the returned item is received.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please note that we do not refund shipping costs.

6. Custom Orders

Custom-printed products cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically to order. However, if there is a clear printing defect, please contact us with photos, and we will review the issue.

7. Timeframe for Reporting Issues

Any issues with your order must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
