Delivery Area
We currently ship within the United States, excluding USPS Zone 9 (e.g., Guam, Puerto Rico, and similar locations).
International shipping, including Canada, is available only upon individual request.
Origin and Delivery Time
All orders are shipped from Oregon City, Oregon.

Shipping Methods
- USPS Ground Advantage – Standard shipping method
- USPS Priority Mail – Available for faster delivery in zones 7 and 8
- Free shipping – On eligible U.S. orders over $100
Order Processing & Packaging
Orders are processed and shipped within one business day of payment.
Each order is packaged individually using recycled cardboard when possible.
Prints and foam board-mounted prints are shipped flat, between rigid cardboard layers. Shipping tubes are not used, as some types of photo paper are too thick to be rolled without damage.
Tracking
A USPS tracking number will be manually added to your order notification once the item is shipped.
Responsibility After Shipping
Once a package is handed over to USPS, all responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
We are not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage during transit.
Customers should file any claims directly with USPS using the tracking number provided.
